How do render credits work?
Each hero render uses one credit. Social cuts re-using a hero film don't cost extra — they're included in the same brief. Unused credits roll over for 60 days on Studio and Scale; Enterprise tenants get unlimited renders.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switch on Studio or Scale at any time from the billing page; the credit on your current cycle is prorated against the new plan. Enterprise contracts are annual by default with 30-day cancellation.
Do you offer annual invoicing and POs?
Yes on Scale and Enterprise. We invoice in USD by default; EUR and GBP available for EU / UK customers on Enterprise. Net-30 terms by default; longer terms negotiable on annual contracts.
Do you have a standard MSA, DPA, and security packet?
Yes. The MSA, DPA (GDPR + CCPA), SOC 2 Type II report, and pre-completed security questionnaire (SIG, CAIQ formats) are shared with prospects under NDA within one business day. Custom MSA redlines are reviewed within five.
Who owns the AI-generated video and the training data?
You own every output you render. Vimotion does not retain, retrain, or re-use your inputs or outputs for model training. Voice clones are workspace-scoped, gated by consent records, and revocable at any time.
Is there an indemnity for AI-generated content?
Enterprise tenants are covered by a standard IP indemnity for outputs rendered through approved workflows. Scope and cap are detailed in the MSA — sales walks through the language on the first call.
What's the data-residency story?
Scale ships with US or EU residency (your choice); Enterprise adds APAC and supports dedicated single-tenant deployment in any of the three regions. No cross-region replication without explicit consent.
Can I cancel any time?
Studio is month-to-month with no commitment. Scale is monthly or annual — annual offers a 17% discount. Enterprise contracts are annual with 30-day cancellation for cause. You keep access to anything already rendered, regardless of plan status.
